Terms of Service | TawiCode

1. Services

TawiCode Technology Solutions OPC Pvt. Ltd. provides web development, mobile app development, UI/UX design, AI integration, cloud & DevOps, and digital marketing services as described on our website. Specific deliverables are defined in each project agreement.

2. Engagement & Scope

All projects begin after a signed agreement (or written confirmation) outlining scope, timeline, deliverables, and payment terms. Any change to the agreed scope requires mutual written agreement and may affect pricing and delivery dates.

3. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed, projects are billed in milestones — typically 40% upfront and 60% across delivery. Quoted prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclusive of 18% GST. Invoices are payable within the terms stated on each invoice. Late payments may pause active work.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of the custom work product and final deliverables transfers to the client. Pre-existing tools, libraries, and frameworks remain the property of their respective owners. TawiCode retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless a non-disclosure arrangement is agreed.

5. Client Responsibilities

Timely delivery depends on your cooperation. You agree to provide required content, access, approvals, and feedback within agreed windows, and confirm you hold the rights to any material you supply to us.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement and to use it only for the purpose of delivering the project.

7. Warranties & Support

We warrant that deliverables will materially conform to the agreed scope. We provide a defined post-launch support window per project; ongoing maintenance is available under a separate retainer. Services are otherwise provided on an "as-is" basis to the extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TawiCode's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jammu & Kashmir, India.
